Erfan Naji is a real estate advisor, investment consultant and entrepreneur based in Istanbul. Clients usually arrive with a property question, and the work widens from there: the capital behind it, the paperwork around it, and often the move that follows. Through all of it, one constant — the same person, from the first question to the keys.

He works with international and diaspora clients considering Istanbul property, investment, residency or a related cross-border decision: mostly people deciding from a distance, who need someone on the ground they can check their thinking against.

In the sector since 2018 and in Istanbul since 2021, with work spanning Dubai, Greece and Northern Cyprus, he holds Türkiye's Sorumlu Emlak Danışmanı certification (Seviye 5) and has guided more than forty successful Turkish citizenship cases. His focus is central Istanbul.

He works in English, Turkish and Persian. For title-deed transfers and citizenship filings a specialist lawyer is always present; a sworn translator joins when needed. The relationship itself never changes hands.
